Jashn 2008-This highly charged Bollywood extravaganza, featuring the real life couple, Saif Ali Khan & Kareena Kapoor, along with upcoming starlet Minisha Lamba, was coordinated and organized by Panama Advertising, in the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The artist management was handled by the Morani brothers of Cineyug Entertainment Ltd from Mumbai.
Panama Advertising was involved in the complete coordination, ground handling and marketing of the event in UAE. Activities such as sponsorship marketing, advertising (newspapers/magazines/Radio/TV), printing (Flyers/Posters/Tickets), venue branding, artist management, hospitality management, transportation and logistics were handled by Panama Advertising.
The event also featured leading Bollywood choreographer/dancer/singer Ganesh Hegde, seasoned playback singer Shabbir Kumar, upcoming singing talents and winners of the Indian Idol of the last season, Amit Paul & Ankita Mishra and a group of 30 male and female dancers. The event was a grand success inspite of being postponed twice earlier in the year and the sweltering heat of August. There was a crowd of over 19,000 people in the stadium who made it to the venue to watch their favorite stars in action.
