Managed and coordinated the ground handling for FOX MOVIES at the 10th Gulf Bike Expo 2010 held at the Festival City. Set up the stage, sound and lights for the exhibition stands along with all the branding for the 2 stands as well as the venue area. Branded Flags, Mesh Banners, Flex Banners, Digital Prints with foam board cutouts were produced for the 3 day event in February 2010.
The stand at the concert area had a Movie Poster Cut-Out produced for the Flintstones movie, where the visitors had their photos taken. A photographer was provided for the 3 day event to cover all the activities along with shooting the visitors in the Movie Cut Out.
Sony Play-stations and LCD Screens were placed and provided on rental basis for the stand at the Bike exhibition area, where the visitors played biker games.
Promoter uniforms for guys and girls, such as T-Shirts and Waist coats were produced and embroidered with the FOX logo for the event. Complete set up, ground support and dismantling of the event was handled for the client.
